山海相隔五载归，故园旧貌焕新姿。
溪边垂柳随风动，墙外青藤绕竹篱。
青石小径承往昔，桃花依旧笑芳菲。
一盏清茶话未尽，乡音犹在慰相依。
浮沉尽散闲庭外，始信吾心此处安。
雁去雁回循旧迹，春来春去不相欺。
最是别愁牵梦远，烟火人间爱不衰。

Five years apart, mountains and seas between,
yet home awaits, adorned anew.
By the brook, willows dance with the wind,
beyond the wall, ivy twines the bamboo fence.
Stone routes print the steps of old,
peach blossoms smile as they always have.
One cup of tea, words still linger,
familiar voices soothe the soul.
Drifting sorrows fade while strolling beyond the courtyard,
here, at last, my heart finds peace.
Wild geese leave, returning on old paths,
spring arrives, yet never leaves.
But parting grief still haunts my dreams,
and in this world of mortal life,
love remains forever.
